Government Accountability Office Report
| 04-2009 - The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act requires the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), which serves as an investigative agency, to issue bi-monthly reports to the U.S. House and Senate. The reports focus on studies of stimulus spending implementation in select states and localities. The April 2009 report focused on 16 states and the District of Columbia.
